ABOUT ME:

Hello i'm Kara. I'm from Baltimore, Maryland. I've spent the past four years in a magnet high school doing intensive theatre training before i fell in live with broadcast journalism. I interned at a small television station where i recieved an amazing opportunity to write, anchor, report, work cameras, and record voiceovers. They helped me put togethwer this amazing Reel which i hope to have on here very soon.

I was raised Catholic but i am more of a spiritual person than religious. I'm registered as an independant because i didn't want to be connected with a political party but i have liberal views.

I'm someone who loves bold colors not pastels. I'm outgoing and insanely sarcastic so don't get offended if i say something because i probably didn't mean it. i'm fun loving and i'm willing to share alot about myself i just didn't want to fill out 8 million questions.

I am an only child if you don't count my dog...and i like it that way. i need my space from time to time.

hey kara! great inflection and eye contact! your intro also really connected to the audience.  my only suggestion is to be more confident in the beginning because your speech was great but you appeared unsure
